Ashley Simcox

Ashley Simcox has spent her career strategizing, leading teams, and getting shit done. She got started in the digital marketing world, where she managed and led teams to build digital solutions for Fortune 500 companies and leading nonprofits as a Scrum Master. She transitioned into the start-up space, spending the next several years at CARTO, a Location Intelligence company. There she worked alongside the executive team, leading client services and operations. Now Ashley is focusing her energy on helping other growing organizations figure it out. She prides herself on operational excellence with a human touch. She geeks out on behavioral economics and sociology, and is always looking for a chance to get her hands in the soil or her body in the water.
